By engaging in partnership activities with Urbanists Collective, including but not limited to the co-creation, co-design, or joint implementation of community programs, special initiatives, or creative projects, all collaborating parties acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
   Any initiative, program, or project that is designed, co-designed, or developed in collaboration with Urbanists Collective shall remain the intellectual property of Urbanists Collective, in full or as shared co-ownership, as mutually determined by the nature of the collaboration.

2. Continuation and Implementation Rights
   Urbanists Collective retains the right to continue, replicate, adapt, or expand any co-created initiative, program, or project independently or with new partners, provided such continuation aligns with the organization’s mission to advance community engagement through art and design.

3. Branded and Derivative Projects
   This agreement extends to all branded projects, visual identities, or special initiatives developed as extensions or evolutions of pre-existing partner programs. Urbanists Collective maintains the right to utilize such creative works for educational, promotional, or community purposes, while acknowledging collaborative contributions where applicable.

4. Partner Acknowledgment
   By partnering with Urbanists Collective, each collaborator expressly agrees to these terms and recognizes Urbanists Collective’s rights of ownership, co-ownership, and implementation regarding all jointly developed creative assets, initiatives, and related intellectual property.
